Trainer at riva

Nadine Rohatsch has been a trainer at riva since 2011. She develops and conducts seminars around the SysTeams and IRIS simulation games series.
As a doctoral candidate at the Universität der Bundeswehr München Ms. Rohatsch does research in risk management and systems theory.

Prof. Dr. Willy Kriz

Prof. Dr. Willy KrizDipl.-Psychologe
Prof. Dr. Willy Kriz teaches human resources management and university didactics at University of Applied Sciences Vorarlberg (Austria). He is a member of the management board of the SAGSAGA, the professional association for simulation game methods. For riva he developed simulation games of the SysTeams series. Since 2006 Prof. Kriz is trainer for SysTeamsBusiness, SysTeamsChange und SysTeamsProject and also trains new simulation game trainers.
Lars Moormann

Lars Moormann works as a freelance trainer at riva. His work focuses on conducting and developing seminars around the SysTeams and IRIS simulation games series as well as the conceptual development of individual management and personnel development programmes. With over 15 years professional experience in international companies and his global trainer experience he combines theory and practice.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Hartung

Prof. Dr. Thomas Hartung teaches insurance management at the Universität der Bundeswehr München and is a member of the competence center for insurance. As a trainer for riva Prof. Hartung has given lectures on finance and insurance related topics since the year 2000.
Prof. Dr. Helmut Wittenzellner

Prof. Dr. Helmut Wittenzellner teaches business management, particularly corporate planning, at Stuttgart Media University where he also heads the Media Entrepreneur Center. Prof. Wittenzellner established the priME-Cup, a simulation game competition for universities. He is an honorary professor at the Xi’an University of Technology in China. Prof. Wittenzellner developed SysTeamsRYBI for riva’s SysTeams series.

Matthias Flurl was research assistant at the Institute of Computational Mechanics of the Technische Universität München (Technical University Munich). He has been working for riva as a developer and supported the IRIS development team since 2006.
